MALIBU SHOPPING ARCADE
The Malibu Shopping arcade was conceived and launched for sale in
2004. It consists of over 80 shops, 4 Restaurants and 5 floors of office
space. The shops were sold almost immediately after the launch. The
restaurants and office space shall be launched once construction on
the shopping arcade is completed by the end of August 2006.
